So, I just learned from Thifty & Chic Mom that if you dress up like a burrito this Friday, Halloween night from 6-close, you get a free burrito! So, throw on some aluminum foil if you don't have any dinner plans and get some free grub.

Here's the Deal

Hi, my name is Crissy and I'm a couponing addict. Well, it feels like it at times. I have been clipping and using coupons since August 2008. I had always used coupons here and there, but now I rarely buy something w/out a coupon.

I prefer to shop @ Ralphs and Vons b/c they double coupons (so $0.50 coupon would double to $1 off). I also shop Albertsons for their Catalina deals combined with coupons.

I used to do more bulk buying from Costco, but have found that I can get household items for free or cheap from just working the drugstore deals. (i.e. CVS, Walgreens, RiteAid). I still get dairy, produce and bread from Costco.

I tend to get ahold of as many coupons I can. I clip the ones that I know I will use to have onhand. I started the binder method last month with baseball card holder inserts and found that the best way I can see and find the coupons the easiest.

People ask me, do you have to buy stuff you don't use? Well, sometimes I will buy stuff I don't use if I am getting it free or am making money on it. If it's free and it's a product I would use, I try it. It's surprising how much stuff I have gotten free and love now. If I don't like it or don't use it...I donate it!

I created this blog to help others find deals and show that couponing is really worth your time and effort. I have saved thousands of dollars since I began couponing...I'm just amazed. I have been shooting for a grocery budget of $250 a month.
